The discovery of a lost Mayan city in Mexico was a really interesting read, and the technology they used to find it.

Of all time: The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. Recently I read All the Colors of the Dark by Chris Whitaker, which I really enjoyed.

Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended versions, of course).

Hard to pick one, so here’s five: The Office US, Futurama, Breaking Bad, Malcolm in the Middle and Outlander.

My husband is a big forager, so he’d be on the team to help live off the land. Then probably The Rock. He just seems like he would survive zombies. And Aubrey Plaza for the laughs.

Iceland for the waterfalls and aurora borealis for sure.

I’m an avid birder, so my camera and lens. My memory foam pillow comes in a close second.

Usually very early with a wide-awake, energetic toddler and then a big cup of coffee (lots of coffee).

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

I like travelling when I can, but don’t enjoy being in an aeroplane – so probably flying.

Listening to Dope Lemon at the moment, but I always enjoy California Dreamin’ by the Mamas & the Papas, which comes up often on my playlist.

I use AI often and find the technology interesting, but I’m wary of the future it may bring. Always say “thank you” after ChatGPT gives an answer – important to let them know you’re polite when they inevitably take over.

I’m a sucker for chicken mayo.

Besides a few writing internships, my first paying job was coaching tennis to kids.

The culture, diversity and scenic beauty.

No one should ever have to endure me singing this, but it’s Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of the Heart.

Admittedly, I’m not very good at costume dress-ups, but probably a zombie.

Raisin Tumbles – you either hate them or love them.
