Alistair Mackay

Alistair Mackay is the author of two novels, The Child and It Doesn’t Have To Be This Way, both long-listed for the Sunday Times Literary Awards, as well as the short story collection The Lucky Ones. His background is in marketing consulting and political communications. He holds an MA from Edinburgh University and an MFA from Columbia University. He lives in Cape Town.
