The question begs, when are the debts of millions going to be settled or can it safely be ignored without any consequences?
Giving back stolen money is no deterrent . A 25 year jail sentence without parole will send a big message to looters on all sides of the transaction . The companies that pay the bribes , the fixers and middle men that facilitate bribe payment . The lawyers who receive bribe money into trust accounts . The government ministers that authorize the bribe ,the board members of the SOE’s that sign off on the bribe the BBBEE fronts that sanitize the process and get the contract but do no work and then all the recipients of ill gotten gains. Just pick 3 well known multi billion contracts , follow the money and put all in jail for 25 years . Oh I forgot – this is what the criminal justice system is supposed to do .
