Islands in Indonesia were told to watch out for localised tsunamis after two big quakes struck close to Biak island. A quake measuring at 7.1 was followed by a 6.2 magnitude aftershock, each capable of generating killer waves. Reports of casualties and damage were not yet available, but residents fled swaying buildings in Manokwari. AFP
