Kyrgyzstan sends in troops, western nations pull out citizens
Violence in the south of Kyrgyzstan seems to be growing worse, with at least 100 people now reported dead, mostly in the cities of Osh and Jalaabad. The interim government now plans to send extra troops to those cities. Meanwhile, both the USA and Britain will probably start evacuating non-essential consular staff and other citizens from the country shortly. Voice of America, The Telegraph
