Sweden re-opens rape case against Wikileaks’ Julian Assange

A senior Swedish prosecutor has decided to re-opened the rape case against Wikileaks editor Julian Assange, saying that more investigations were needed before a final decision could be made. The invesitigation against Assange was dropped only last week, after another prosecutor said that there was not enough information available to investigate the rapeand molestation allegations against Assange. A separate investigation into allegations of molestation, which is not a sexual crime in Sweden, continues, but prosecutors want to reclassify the charges as sexual molestation and sexual coercion.
