Fifa claims Bavaria imported ambush-marketing organisers

Fifa continues to do its hook-line-and-sinker routine. On Thursday, it announced further details about the Dutch-brewer Bavaria's brilliant attempt on ambush marketing: they actually imported two key organisers, who then proceeded to (shock, horror) hire local, innocent girls for the grisly deed. We think Anheuser-Busch InBev should sue Fifa for providing Bavaria with tens of millions of rand worth of free advertising around the world. Read more: Sapa via IOL
