That we used to get lyrics to songs by playing a short part of a song on tape writing down the words, rewinding the song then playing another short part until you wrote down all the lyrics.

Starting my own podcast titled ‘In my 20s’. You can take a listen here. Also, standing next to Oprah at an event… she had her arm around me in a picture. I am trying to get the picture from the event organisers because no one believes me.

Hmmmmm I usually watch movies to listen to their film scores. Top 3 at the moment, as entire compositions and not just in part, would be: If Beale Street Could Talk (Nicholas Britell); Blue Planet II (Hans Zimmer) and Tears of the Sun (Hans Zimmer).

I’ve learned new things about myself at every job, good or bad. So I don’t think I’ve had a “worst job”. But the most challenging I would say was wanting to be a lifestyle writer and then getting thrown into business journalism when I first started working.

I actually don’t know why it hasn’t broken yet. There’s way too much to keep up-to-date on what might be the next “break the internet thing”.
