Arrest warrant issued for Zimbabwean editor

The Zimbabwean police have issued a warrant of arrest for the editor of the Zimbabwean newspaper, Wilf Mbanga. The warrant relates to a story the paper published in December 2008 about alleged murder of Ignatius Mushangwe, the director of the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission. Police spokesperson Andrew Phiri labelled the story as false, and said: "We are making every effort to make sure he is brought to justice to answer allegations."  Read more: City Press
