Unexploded suicide belt found at blast scene in Kampala

An unexploded suicide belt has been found at one of the sites of Sunday's bombing in Kampala, Ugandan officials said. They have not yet stated at which of the two sites it was found. Somali terrorist group Al Shabaab has claimed responsibility for Sunday's attacks, in which more than 70 people were killed. Read more: AP
