Colombia’s president-elect could be arrested, in Ecuador

Colombian president-elect Juan Manuel Santos had better cancel any plans he may have had to visit Ecuador. That country's President Rafael Correa said on Monday that there is an outstanding arrest warrant against Santos from Colombia's 2008 bombing of Farc camps inside Ecuador. Santos was Colombian minister of defence at the time.  Read more: Reuters
