Rwanda denies ordering hit on ex-general in South Africa

The Rwandan government issued a statement saying it did not condone violence and did not order the shooting of Faustin Kayumba Nyamwasa, a former Rwandan general now living in Johannesburg. Nyamwasa was shot in the stomach and is now in a stable condition. His wife insists the attack was a hit ordered by Rwandan President Paul Kagame. Bloomberg, AFP
