99 toy balloons scare South Koreans

South Korea was on security alert early on Friday morning, as "flying objects resembling parachutes" had landed on a mountain the previous evening. The defence ministry was concerned, giving growing tensions with North Korea, but it turned out the objects were merely toy balloons released by kindergarten children. (Okay, we admit it, there were actually about 40 to 50 toy balloons, not 99.) Read more: City Press
