Standard Bank buys 33% of Russian bank

Standard Bank announced this morning it had successfully bought 33,3% of a “leading Russian investment bank” Troika Dialog Group. Ownership of Standard Bank's Russian subsidiary, ZAO Standard Bank, was transferred to Troika Dialog last Friday.
