Kalahari bail hearing postponed til Friday

The bail hearing of three of the accused in the Kalahari Resources hijacking case was postponed until Friday. This is to give the state time to continue its mental observation of Haralambous Sferopoulos, Stephen Khoza, and Elvis Bongani Ndala. The fraud case against Sandile Majali and Linda Welhencia Dlamini, both currently out on bail, has been postponed to 18 January 2011. Dlamini's bail was reduced from R10,000 to R6,000.
