The Simpsons are Catholic, d’oh
The Vatican published an article in its newspaper on Sunday claiming that everyone's favourite family from Springfield is Catholic. The author seems to have missed the fact that the Simpsons attend the Presbylutheran church. Executive produce Al Jean said: "We've pretty clearly shown that Homer is not Catholic." Somehow, we don't think it'll take long for the writers to knock out an episode making this even more explicit. Read more: Reuters
