Godonwana to meet with bakkie driver

The Big Issue released a press statement on Wednesday afternoon, saying that the driver of the bakkie carrying seven young men who doused vendor Florence Godonwana with water has come forward, and will meet with her on Thursday. According to the statement, the driver is the son of the vehicle owner, and he denies knowing the passengers he was carrying, having merely picked them up to offer a lift.
