How to predict a viral video outbreak

Internet start-up PopScreen launched its "video prediction engine" on Tueday. PopScreen claims that it is able to predict which videos will go viral by analysing unnamed "unique data points" in more than 15,000 online videos every day. If the company is right, there'll be no more excuses for forwarding that hilarious video you saw on YouTube just now if all your friends already saw it yesterday. Read more: Tech Crunch
