Mueller named new head of Porsche

Volkswagen has appointed Matthias Mueller as chief executive of Porsche. He will take up the position from 1 October. VW and Porsche are presently engaged in strengthening their partnership, which includes sharing vehicle platforms.  Read more: Businessweek
