99 toy balloons scare South Koreans

South Korea was on security alert early on Friday morning, as "flying objects resembling parachutes" had landed on a mountain the previous evening. The defence ministry was concerned, giving growing tensions with North Korea, but it turned out the objects were merely toy balloons released by kindergarten children.
