Thembani Mkhize is a researcher at the Gauteng City-Region Observatory (GCRO). He holds a Master of Science by Research in Sustainable African Futures from the University of Edinburgh. Wandile M. Ngcaweni is a Master’s student at Peking University in Beijing.
