Shonisani Ramashia

Dr Shonisani Ramashia has over 16 years of experience spanning technical, academic, teaching, research,and food industry environments, with expertise across Food Science and Technology. She has supervised over 30 final-year students, seven MSc and two PhD students to completion. Her research focuses on indigenous foods, climate-smart crops, food processing, nutrition, value addition, and commercialisation.
