Scott Drimie and Marna Lourens

Scott Drimie is a South African food systems expert with more than 25 years of experience. He directs the Southern Africa Food Lab at Stellenbosch University and is the lead academic consultant for the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification. Marna Lourens is the project manager and researcher at the Centre for Social Justice at Stellenbosch University. She lectures in the Law of Mediation and Legal Aspects of International Business Transactions.
