Mohammad Naushad Emmambux

Professor Mohammad Naushad Emmambux is currently a full professor in the Department of Consumer and Food Sciences, University of Pretoria, and is the research leader for food processing at the DSTI/NRF Centre of Excellence in Food Security. He lectures in food chemistry, plant food science and technology and food rheology, and has mentored over 75 postgraduate students and postdoc fellows. He is currently on the editorial board of Starch Journal and an associate editor for Journal of Cereal Chemistry.
