Mitali Das is assistant to the chief economist at the IMF. Ṣebnem Kalemli-Özcan, Professor of Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park, is senior policy adviser at the IMF, a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a research fellow at the Center for Economic Policy Research. Damien Puy is an economist at the IMF. Liliana Varela is Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics.
