José Antonio Ocampo, a former finance minister of Colombia and UN under-secretary-general, is a professor at Columbia and Chair of the Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT). Tommaso Faccio is Head of the Secretariat of the Independent Commission for the Reform of International Corporate Taxation (ICRICT).
