Graham Paddock is an attorney specialising in the management of Community Schemes. He is an adjunct professor of the University of Cape Town in the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, and a lead consultant to government departments in drafting legislation and regulations for the Sectional Titles Schemes Management and Community Schemes Ombud Service Acts and amendments to the Sectional Titles Act. He is the author of several books on sectional title.
