Hector Elliott

Hector Eliott is the MD of Bearfish, a strategic consulting company. He has a degree in history from Rhodes University and an engineering master’s from Stellenbosch University. He is a member of the Ukrainian Association of South Africa, and has volunteered in Ukraine twice since the full-scale invasion by Russia.
