Paul Mashatile is considered a hot favourite to succeed Ramaphosa as president of SA. If this is how he behaves as deputy president, what the hell can we expect if he succeeds? The arrogance is staggering. Roll on the pending collapse of the ANC. It is now a matter of urgency.

Caryn Dolley has received murder threats and all manner of direct threats for her safety. I watched her walk around Woolworths on Kloof this morning, no security detail, no threat to the community. The arrogance of the blue light details will help the ANC lose power; 7 vehicles to protect the Vice President from who, other politicians and henchmen enablers to the honey pot? Shameful in manner and deed and a total waste of money that could be spent on meaningful projects for “our” people.
