Lucky's house or pile of ruble as it is now will be worth land value only. This is the Hurlingham/Sandhurst house. The house has been stripped and only the ground floor bricks are left. SARS wont get much from this asset

We need a system where you get a year in prison for every R1m you don’t pay back – if you’ve stolen R100m from the state (or anywhere else) and can only find R2m, you get 98 years behind bars, with no option of parole.
