Cape Town’s Kite Festival takes flight again, with a message of courage
Marking its 31st anniversary, the Cape Town International Kite Festival will return to a full weekend format on 25 and 26 October 2025, at Youngsfield Military Base. With the theme #CourageToFly, the event aims to spotlight resilience and mental health while filling the skies with vibrant kites from local and international participants.
