Since then, he’s shared his life with five exceptional dogs, each with their own quirks and strengths. Today, Hentie’s perfect match is Maverick, a Labrador who first caught his wife’s attention in a calendar photo, wearing sunglasses. Much like in the 1986 classic, *Top Gun*, Maverick the guide dog is a fluffy version of the fearless protagonist. “He has a big personality and a big heart,” says Hentie. “He’s become a bit of a celebrity at work.
