Why only selecting Sharpeville year after year? What about: Marikana Life Esidimeni JHB's derelict building fire Deaths on our roads Murders All these deaths are conveniently swept under the carpet and ignored as we celebrate this day. SA should hang our heads in shame and rather pray for forgiveness for a government that has failed dismally in every segment of governance. What about the corruption and mismanagement/waste of taxpayer money while the so-called leaders live in luxury.
I am patiently waiting for Human Obligations Day. I want to know who gets to pick up the OBLIGATION tab. If you have a right to free housing, someone has an obligation to provide it. Likewise for rights to water, free electricity, education, food, clothing and shelter. Who has the obligation to provide all of this?
