Every year the same sense of entitlement. I am all for student bursaries and subsidies, but the idea that everyone who simply cannot afford gets their entire studies free including accommodation irrespective of their matric and current marks, that doesn't even happen in Germany.

What is missing is performance: All of the smart ones should be supported. Those who study, think, know, read & write, make an effort and succeed. The rest: not.
