Entertaining Cartoon for May Day but for me govt is not holding up but oppressing. All the factors that go to low or no growth for over a decade are not holding anything up. SA Inc got to 5% growth in REAL TERMS up to 2010. Since then ZERO in real terms. 5% compound for 13 years results in 85% more for everyone and probably more evenly distributed than enriching the ANC cadres!!!! Just imagine if 1 million more people were employed and paying taxes and the FDI was 20%+. Holding up - I don't think so.
