The youth have the power to get loud and challenge authority, but how reliable are they when it comes to follow-through? This past year, when the country needed strong leaders more than ever, millions of rands went missing and corruption was at an all-time high. The question now is, will young people hold their ward councillors to account in the upcoming local elections?
