It should be a monthly report back to Parliament with outstanding school pit toilets still in use and full questions to the deputy minister when Revision 999 of the target has not been achieved. The stocks are needed at Parliament and lots of rotten tomatoes for throwing.

Didn't President Ramaphosa instruct his Minister of Education to eradicate pit toilets by the end of 2019? I haven't read or heard that anything has been done. Typical ANC uselessness.
