Daily Maverick 168: The Inside Story

On Saturday 26 September 2020, Daily Maverick staff emerged from their digital cocoon and spread their wings in the world of print newspapers. It always feels uncomfortable to make ourselves the story, but when we're making history it’s probably wise to document the journey. So, we decided to start the camera rolling in order to give our readers a little insight into what happens behind the scenes at Daily Maverick 168.

Wishing you all well. May you get to keep your compas through the economic storms. I cant wait for it to be delivered to the garden route. When I stopped buying the Cape Times the only thing I missed was the cryptic crossword. When i stopped buying the sunday times from the guy on the corner, the only thing I really missed was Barry Ronge and the cryptic crosswords. I'm longing to get my feet up with some thought provoking articles on a beautiful crackly crisp piece of newsprint again.
