Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane must once again pay personally for having failed to meet the requirements of her office. Earlier this year, a report produced by her office on the Estina dairy scam was ruled unconstitutional and invalid. Now a personal costs order has been granted against her on the matter, with Mkhwebane ordered to pay 7.5% of the legal costs of two applicants in her personal capacity.
