Donald Trump trumped, Japan's Shinzo Abe grumbled, but in the end, there's realistically very little to be done without endangering South Korea. Kim Jong Un may well be the only one reading from an updated playbook after all. Mayor Sylvester Turner Tweeted the curfew times, midnight to 5am, which would enable volunteers to remain outside for significantly longer than an early-evening curfew.
