Removing the "cost-sharing reductions" for low-income Americans would force insurers to increase insurance premiums by as much as 20%. This was revealed by the Congressional Budget Office today, as the CSR currently requires regular renewal by Congress. Barry signed a one-year contract with the club after a post-spending spree Everton agreed to cut him loose.
