[Boko Haram kills five](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-khdthrl-l-c/) An ambush by Boko Haram on Nigerian troops in north-east Nigeria has killed three soldiers and two Islamists. The convoy had been moving outside of Gwoza, near the Cameroonian border when it was attacked by Boko Haram. After repelling the ambush, the Islamist fighters evidently fled back towards their mountain refuges near the border. [Nasa probe peers into Jupiter's Red Spot](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-khdthrl-l-q/) Nasa has announced that its Juno spacecraft has successfully completed a mission to photograph the "Great Red Spot" of Jupiter. Pictures are expected to be released within days. The Great Red Spot is a giant 16,000km-wide storm that has been raging for centuries. Not much is known about its origins and physics. With luck, Juno might help with that.
