After spotting the attacker, the policeman issued several warnings which were ignored, whereupon he opened fire, triggering the attacker's explosive vest. The attack is one of 14 such fatalities in just a week. [Nokia relaunch 3310 model](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-hilytiy-l-x/) Sunday saw Finnish mobile giant Nokia launch two new Android phones and resurrect the 3310 "brick" phone. Famous for being tougher than the centre of a neutron star, the 3310 was generally used for voice calls, cutting diamonds, and space exploration inside black holes.
