An oil truck in Caphiridzange, Tete province, detonated after scores of people attempted to syphon fuel from the vehicle. It is not entirely clear whether they had been buying fuel or stealing it. Regardless, the resulting blast left dozens dead and over 100 injured. [Abe 'confident' in Trump](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-dijklyl-l-p/) Japan's Shinzo Abe has become the first foreign head of state to meet with America's future president. During his 90 minute meeting, Abe stated that he had "great confidence" in the Orange One. Abe is himself a staunch nationalist, advocating the re-militarisation of Japan, thereby hinting at great overlapping foreign policy interests with Trump. [Romney and Giuliani tipped for secretary of state](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-dijklyl-l-x/) Rudy Giuliani and Mitt Romney have been tipped as the top contenders for Donald Trump's secretary of state. Romney, a long-time opponent of Trump, appeared to be completely fine playing the utter hypocrite and working for him. Giuliani has been a long-time backer of Trump, but has almost as many conflicts of (business) interest as his potential boss. Surely it will end well either way. [British girl wins right to freeze her body](http://email.touchbasepro.com/t/d-l-dijklyl-l-m/) A 14-year-old girl in Britain has won a landmark case to have her body frozen. The teenager died of a rare form of cancer and will have her body cryogenically frozen in the United States.
