Addressing media on Tuesday, Radebe said the president was still working on it.

Public Protector Thuli Madonsela, in her Secure in Comfort report, said that Zuma had to pay back a portion of the money spent on non-security upgrades to his Nkandla homestead.

The Constitutional Court last month ruled that Zuma had failed to uphold and protect the Constitution regarding the remedial actions set out by Madonsela.

She also called for ministers to be reprimanded for the manner in which state funds were used and how the project was handled.

The Constitutional Court ordered President Jacob Zuma to reprimand the ministers.

“He is looking at the issue, as recommended by the public protector and directed by the Constitutional Court. Let’s await the decision of the president as to who and how the reprimand is going to be effected,” Radebe said.
