Shilowa removed as Cope chief whip and accounting officer

Cope have announced that Mbhazima Shilowa has been removed as the party's parliamentary chief whip and accounting officer, after he filed papers with Parliament, falsely claiming that documents showing that the requisite financial systems were in place to manage the money given to the party by Parliament were confirmed by an auditor. Shilowa has not been removed as a Member of Parliament. Read more: Sapa, via TimesLive
