Metropolitan-Momentum merger gets go-ahead

On Thursday the Competition Tribunal approved the proposed merger between Metropolitan Holdings and Momentum Group, with one caveat - that no South African jobs would be lost for at least two years after the merger comes into effect. This ruling does not apply to jobs in senior management.  Read more: Fin24
