Atul Kumar Gupta, the billionaire businessman who is also publisher of The New Age newspaper, was arrested on Saturday night. Gupta was stopped by police during a routine patrol, but refused to allow them to search him or his car, and started trying to throw his weight around. Gupta will appear in the Randburg magistrate's court on Monday, and faces charges of the obstruction of justice. Read more: SowetanLive
