New Woodward book pulls no punches

Bob Woodward, made famous after his exposure of the Watergate scandal together with Carl Bernstein, has ruffled more than a few feathers in the Obama administration in his latest book, Obama's War. The book, which is due to be published only on Monday, but has already been leaked to the New York Times, lays bare the alleged in-fighting that occurred between US President Barack Obama and his generals, including those in Afghanistan. But its not only the White House that is put out. The Afghani government is furious at claims that Afghan President Hamid Karzai is mentally ill.
