Internal BP probe to be released today

BP is set to release its internal probe into the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday. According to reports in the Wall Street Journal, which quoted a "person familiar with the matter", the findings assign blame for the incident to both BP and outside contractors. The internal probe is only one of many investigations, including those by the US Department of Justice, the US Coast Guard and the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.   Read more: Reuters
